Both BS-AC and PADI entry level courses comprise three elements: theory sessions, where you learn basic scuba physiology; confined water (pool) sessions, where you are shown and practise necessary diving skills; and open water dives, where you demonstrate you can put it all together under the supervision of your instructor.
Most people complete the pool and theory training on one of our weekend or midweek referral courses then join one of our Red Sea trips to finish off.
With scheduled BA flights to Sharm four times a week in the winter it's possible to complete training courses or just have a few days superb diving.
